TEMA ZONE MAJLIS ANSARULLAH HOLDS ANNUAL IJTEMA’A

The Tema Zonal Majlis Ansarullah organized its 2nd Annual Ijtema’a on 1st June 2025 at the Tema Central Mosque, under the theme “Dedicating Our Children to the Cause of Islam Ahmadiyya: The Role of the Ansar.” The event brought together 76 members who engaged in both spiritual and recreational activities aimed at strengthening their commitment to the faith and community.

The Ijtema’a commenced with indoor games such as Table Tennis, Oware, Draft, and Ludo, fostering fellowship among participants. This was followed by an informative health session focusing on hypertension, detailing its causes, effects, and prevention, complemented by an interactive question-and-answer segment.

Presiding over the occasion was the Sadr of Majlis Ansarullah Ghana, Alhaj Ali Muhammad Katu, while the main address on the theme was delivered by Naib Ameer 1, Alhaji Abdul Wahab Issah. Other notable dignitaries in attendance included the Greater Accra Regional Missionary, Maulvi Masroor Ahmad Muzaffar; National Financial Secretary, Alhaji Ahmed Twumasi; and the Greater Accra Regional Nazim, Mr. Wahab Boadi.

Another highlight was a detailed discourse on Wasiyyat (Islamic will), which also featured a question-and-answer session.

In his concluding remarks, the Chairman, Alhaj Ali Muhammad Katu urged members to uphold the principles of the Ansarullah pledge and lead by example within their families. He emphasized that the actions and behaviors of the Ansar serve as a model for their children, encouraging dedication of all faculties to the service of Islam Ahmadiyya.
